BEYOND THE DEAL (BTD) BERÄT GLATFELTER BEI DER INTEGRATION DES VLIESSTOFF-GESCHÄFTS VON GEORGIA-PACIFIC.

Glatfelter (NYSE: GLT), ein globaler Hersteller von Spezialpapieren und faserbasierten technischen Materialien mit Sitz in den USA, engagiert BTD um die erfolgreiche Integration des Vliesstoff-Geschäftes von Georgia-Pacific nach dem Zusammenschluss sicherzustellen, welches am 1. Oktober 2018 für 185 Millionen US-Dollar erworben.
